How do I reserve a session?

Please email me at: hello@gabrielfereiraphotography.com, or fill out the contact form on my website. I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

How do I get my photos after the session?

I’ll email you a link where you can download all the digital photos included in your selected package. All photos are provided in high-resolution JPG format.

Can I have the original photos?

Unfortunately, no. I don’t provide original RAW images. But don’t worry — you’ll receive fully edited, high-resolution JPG files.

How many photos will I get?

That depends on the package you select. Each package listed under the Pricing section specifies the number of digital photos you’ll receive once the editing process is complete.

When will I get my photos?

I deliver all final photos within 72 hours after your session.

Do you offer discounts?

I offer special promotions throughout the year. The best way to receive discount offers is to sign up for my newsletter.

Do you have clothing and props?

Unfortunately, I don’t provide clothing or props. To achieve the best possible results, I recommend taking photos outdoors or in your home — whichever you prefer.

How long are your sessions?

Session length depends on the package you select. Please check the Pricing section for details

My kid has acne or blemishes. Do you retouch the photos before delivery?

Yes, absolutely! Basic skin retouching is included with every photo. For more complex edits (such as removing objects, tattoos, or braces), additional charges may apply.

Can I include my dog or cat in the session?

Of course! You’re welcome to include your pet, but please note that pets can be unpredictable and may require extra time to ensure great photos.

When and where do you shoot?

I shoot mostly on weekends — Friday evenings, and all day Saturday and Sunday (except holidays).

For outdoor sessions, I have several favorite locations in the Spring and The Woodlands areas. Lighting is key for beautiful photos, so early mornings and late afternoons (the “golden hours”) are ideal.

I’m also available to shoot at your preferred location.

Can I schedule photo sessions outside the Spring/The Woodlands/Tomball areas?

Yes, of course. Please note that additional travel fees may apply for locations outside the Spring/The Woodlands area.

What is included with each session?

All my packages are all-inclusive. You’ll receive fully edited, high-resolution digital images via a secure, password-protected online folder for download.

What happens if I lose the photos after I download them?

I keep backups of all client images for at least 30 days. If you lose your photos within that period, I’ll do my best to resend them. After 30 days, recovery may not be possible due to storage limitations.

I strongly recommend making multiple backups of your images — on external drives and cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox — as soon as you download them.

What if I need to reschedule due to weather?

We live in Houston, and the weather can be unpredictable! If we need to reschedule due to inclement weather, we’ll simply pick a new date based on availability.

For non-weather-related reasons, you can reschedule once without any additional fees. If you need to reschedule a second time, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another session.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I currently accept Zelle and cash.

Can I cancel my session?

Yes, you can cancel your session. However, as stated in the contract, deposit fees are non-refundable.
